Yvonne Kizner

President, HCP Asset Advisors

Yvonne Kizner is the President of HCP Asset Advisors and leads the inventory appraisal and valuation process.

Yvonne has over 10 years experience in the valuation of consumer product inventories. Prior to joining HCP Asset Advisors, Yvonne led the appraisal division of Gordon Brothers, a large Boston-based liquidator, from 1995 until 2003. During her tenure at Gordon Brothers she developed key relationships within the asset based lending community and oversaw thousands of valuations worth over 15 billion in retail inventory. Yvonne began her career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC where she earned her CPA and specialized in the retail sector. Her clients included several large publicly traded retailers including The TJX Companies, Inc. and The Limited, Inc. Yvonne is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.

Yvonne is a graduate of Babson College.
