Keavy Fowler Newcomb is a Financial Analyst for both HCP Asset Advisors and Hudson Capital Partners. Prior to joining Hudson Capital Partners in November 2008 as Senior Financial Analyst, Keavy was an analyst for Grubb & Ellis Company in Denver, CO. There she conducted sales vs. lease analysis for corporate clients including Qwest Communications, Dish Network and Verizon Wireless. Keavy authored numerous Excel templates including side by side comparisons, profitability measurement tools, and proposals used by those corporations and Grubb & Ellis’s Corporate Services Group throughout the nation. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, she was an analyst for Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority where she issued $101 Million in municipal bonds and successfully closed loans totaling $7.3 Million in 9 months. Keavy began her career at Hancock Holding Company, a bank holding company headquartered in Gulfport, MS, as an analyst for the Financial Planning & Asset Liability Management department.

Keavy received her BBA in Finance from Colorado State University.
