David Spehar

Managing Director

For nearly a decade, David worked in a variety of managerial capacities for retailers including Price Club Wholesale, Costco Wholesale and Wholesale Depot gathering valuable, hands-on retail operations experience. In 1994, David formed Spehar Consulting, Inc. and worked as a consultant to Gordon Brothers Retail Partners. In this capacity, he managed the sale of retail assets necessitated by mergers and acquisitions, poor performance and corporate bankruptcy for clients including Kmart, Eaton’s, Woolworth, Woodward & Lothrop, and Ames & Hills. As part of the Hudson Capital Partners team, he has managed the liquidation process for WestPoint, Domain Furniture, Tweeter (Sound Advice), Circuit City & Fortunoff’s of New York. David is an expert in managing disposition logistics and maximizing the return from the sale of fixed assets.

David is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
