Chief Financial Officer/Partner

A.R. began his career as a certified public accountant with Deloitte and Touche where he served clients in the retail, manufacturing, distribution and hospitality industries. On leaving public accounting, he joined H. J. Wilson Inc. as Director of Financial Planning. When Service Merchandise acquired Wilson’s, A.R. joined Bill’s Dollar Stores, Inc. where he worked as financial advisor to the Company’s founder. Later he worked in a variety of positions at Bill’s including Regional Manager, Vice President and Controller, Vice President of Distribution, Vice President Real Estate and Vice President Strategic Analysis and Development. A.R. left Bill’s to become CFO of a troubled manufacturer. As CFO he stabilized the Company’s finances until it could be merged with another manufacturer.

After a short stint with a liquidation firm, he returned to Bill’s as CFO and saw the Company through two bankruptcies in three years. In this capacity he played a key role in inventory auctions and the sale of the company’s assets.

A.R. has a B.S. and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University. He is a member of Turnaround Management Association and Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
