SUMMARY

Bankrupt Gottschalks revealed that a consortium of liquidation specialists that includes Hudson Capital Partners as potential buyers of the bankrupt retailer, which expects to sell itself at an auction at the end of this month.  Hudson Capital Partners along with members of the consortium have been involved in some of the biggest retail liquidations in the past year, including Linens ’n Things, Mervyns and Fortunoff.
